Appliance Zone - Not Worth The Hassle to Deal with Them
When my dishwasher element part number wasn't in stock, they gave me an alternate that didn't fit. After waiting almost two weeks for the part, I didn't want to wait the time to send back and wait for a new part not knowing if that one would fit.
I bought the correct part from a local store. I returned the part to AZ for a refund and boy what a hassle! They argued about me not buying the right part from them, they had to discuss with their credit dept if they would give me a refund, they said I didn't return all the parts back (I returned all parts they sent me), and all this time I had to call/email them - they didn't contact me. This took months for a $30 refund.
It's not worth the hassle dealing with them. I'll pay a couple of bucks more and get the right part the first time.

You wasted too much time talking. I'd mail them a box of miscellaneous junk once a week and include photocopies of one side only of a $10 and $20 bill. Repeat until you are tired of the game.
