Defective parts

Burner blackened when used turned black where flame comes out and an odor was emitted. This is not normal for a burner to turn black.

I cancelled my order in 4 mins. I feel that a customer should have at least 15 mins to cancel any order. So disappointing! Learn customer service and your business will go far.

I am not really complaining about parts service. So Far very good. BUT I have been trying to get you by phone for 2 hours and the published phone numbers simply don't work.. I am told they are out of service or I am dialing incorrectly.

The part that I received does not fit my stove. The return policy identifies an online form that is unavailable. The website does not include a contact phone number and the number I received through yellow pages was disconnected.

Abysmal customer service

Ordered a product from Appliance Zone LLC. Product was shipped via Fedex smartpost.

Fedex tracking showed that part was delivered but part was never received. Tried to find phone number... NO PHONE. Tried to find email...NO EMAIL.

Called FEDEX who said only shipper could make inquiries about shipping because smartpost shipping was actually a third party vendor. Submitted online form inquiry to Appliance Zone. Received reply from "Paula" saying I had to contact Fedex. Replied that Fedex said only they could make inquiries.

"Paula" replied insisting that I had to contact Fedex. I Replied, repeating what I had said earlier. "Paula" replied saying they could not help me any further.

I submitted a VISA credit chargeback request. Still waiting for outcome .

The Part I ordered for my dryer was addressed incorrectly due my autofil on my computer .When I realized that the address was wrong there is no way to edit or contact anyone . Support is totally nonexistent.
